Fall enrollment: All students enrolling must be 3 years old on or before September 1st of the upcoming school year and should be fully pottytrained (unless the child has a medically documented disability).
Students that turn 3 years old after September 1st of the upcoming school year may inquire to be placed on a waiting list until they have reached their eligible age of 3 years. Please contact the director for other late start enrollment options.
Wait-listed students will be placed as soon as open spots become available. Placement for all siblings and new students will be confirmed two months prior to desired start date, depending on availability. Enrollment during the remainder of the school year: New students can register at any time of the school year and will be placed, given availability of space.
Enrollment for future school years / Wait-list requests: We recommend that you submit a wait-list placement request form if you are inquiring about future school year. Wait-list placement does NOT guarantee enrollment, as the number of available classroom spots vary each year. We will contact all families that were placed on the wait-list during our early registration phase of the eligible school year. Wait-listed students will have priority over all other new incoming enrollments requests.
Wait-list Request Form can be found by clicking: HERE
Required Documents: All families need to create a parent account and submit a completed registration form to successfully enroll in our program.
The following forms will be collected AFTER enrollment in the program is confirmed:
Healthcare Summary (signed by physician)
Immunization Record (signed by parent/guardian)
The Health Care Summary as well as the Immunization Record may require a visit with your family physician. These forms should be uploaded through the online Brightwheel app.
All completed enrollment documents must be received by our office a minimum of two weeks prior to your child's start date. Incomplete enrollment documents will delay a student's first day of attendance.
The Family Handbook is a guide that includes our policies, procedures, and important information about scheduling, tuition payments, school closings, etc. Please familiarize yourself with this document prior to your child's first day, as your signature on the registration form indicates your acknowledgement and agreement to all Kinderstube policies. The Kinderstube Family Handbook can be found by clicking HERE. We are so excited to meet you and your child!
